1 Lemons Zest
3 Tablespoons Granulated Sugar
1 Teaspoon Cornstarch
1 Lemons Juice
Whipped Cream
8.4 ounces (1 Cup) Heavy Whipping Cream
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 Teaspoon Dry Milk Powder
